The School Culinary Program is especially designed to meet the requirements of the CAS (Creativity
Activity Service) and Duke of Edinburgh programs for high school learners, while teaching you essential life skills and paving a pathway to further education in this field. At the end of the course, you will be awarded an ICCA Certificate in ‘Home Kitchen Skills’.

Upon successful completion of the course, all students will receive an ICCA Abu Dhabi School Culinary Program – High School Life Skills Program Certificate.
Our School Culinary Program gives you the perfect opportunity to learn from experienced industry chefs in a professional kitchen at our award-winning Abu Dhabi campus. Learn interesting techniques, make healthy food choices, and develop the skills to cook your favourite dishes right at home.
The School Culinary Program will cover sixteen (16) lessons of two (2) hours each, to be held every Sunday evening.
These 16 classes comprise 2 classes in Kitchen Essentials + 14 classes in Food Preparation.
Classes will be held every Sunday from 03.00 PM to 05.00 PM.
All classes and training will be conducted in English only.
ICCA Dubai’s IWP (Industry Internship / Work Experience Placement) Program is an industry integration initiative specially designed for students wishing to join the industry as Professional Chefs by way of regular employment or an internship leading
to work placement.
The IWP Program is separately conducted in addition to the 620 hours of intensive on-campus guided learning and training, which comprise our Professional Program.
The IWP arrangements are in the form of either regular employment to begin with, or an industry internship generally of 6 to 12 months’ duration, successful completion of which would lead the student chef to a regular work placement.

Convenient Installment Plan is available for Local / UAE Admissions.The first installment is to be paid at the time of admission and the balance installment payment is required to be secured by a Post Dated Cheque (PDC).
International students are required to pay fees in advance to secure admission, hostel reservation and the UAE Visa.
With over 18 years of expertise in the hospitality industry, Chef Durgesh has ample experience in managing and anticipating customers' unanticipated needs and concerns. During his stint in the industry, he discovered an interest in gastronomy, prompting him to change his career path from food & beverage to culinary. Today, he is looking forward to teaching and inspiring young chefs while also sharing his enthusiasm and passion for the culinary arts with them.
Chef Louna has two main passions: preparing gastronomic meals using the freshest, locally sourced ingredients available and teaching aspiring chefs. A seasoned culinary challenge participant, he was also among the Top chef Arab 2021 semifinalists. Chef Louna comes with solid industry experience, having worked in luxurious and renowned hotels and restaurants in Europe and North Africa. He is also proficient in food styling and has worked as a consultant for numerous Food TV shows.
With over 13 years of experience in the gastronomic field, Chef Rene honed and perfected his pastry-making skills, working in different countries, including France. Besides being an accomplished pâtissier, he has around seven years of experience teaching and mentoring young aspiring chefs while also working as a consultant. He keeps his finger on the pulse of the industry by actively participating in different international congresses of cakeshops.
